• To confirm a booking, a deposit of one nights tariff or 50% for more than two nights stay is payable
• If cancellation occurs prior to 14 days of reservation date, a full refund less a $30 administrative fee will be issued.
  Cancellations within 14 days - we will retain 50% of the tariff. If the unit is re-let, a full refund less a $30 administrative fee will be issued. If the booking is transferred to another date, there is no charge.
  Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% charge. If the unit is re-let a fee of one nights tariff will apply.
• Check in time is 2.30pm - check out at 10.30am, only changeable by prior arrangement with management.
• No smoking in units - please dispose of cigarette butts and rubbish in bins - no lighting of fires.
• Due to native/farm animals and conservation zoning, pets are not permitted at Yallingup Strawbale Retreat.
